Beside the fact that the Death Penalty doesn't solve anything, this scheduled execution is not right. I ask you to look at the case in detail and to really give it your serious attention. Look at the facts, sir. The facts are very clear. A trial with the usual racism. The colours of the skins were clear, so there had to be a conviction. Even though Rickey did not commit the crime. Even though Rickey always cooperated with the police, because he believed in the justice system. A trial-lawyer who admitted he was exhausted and didn't gave this case the attention which it needed. The fact that the witnesses who have been heard were bribed by police and the Ditrict Attorney. Look at the case, look at it! How can you execute a man who didn't have a fair chance?
