Random Memories
Sometimes when I am working very concentrated, I suddenly, out of the blue,
have to think about something that I did a long time ago. I call these
event Random Memories, because it
is if my mind generates some random memory from the past. Maybe, as an
alternative, I could also call them Spontaneous Memories. They
are a form of what, in scientific literature is called
involuntary
(autobiographical) memory.
Below a summary of these kind of random memories is given, starting
from October 29, 1999. The listing below does not list all of them.
Some are too short, that I feel I should not count them. And it also
seems that these kind of memories are much like dreams: they are
easily forgotten, and then impossible to recall.

to place a piece of wood in a corner and use it as a stepping stone to
climb out of the basement.
Lately, I have many random memories while reading together
with Annabel before she goes to bed.
